What To Expect When Working With ZBM MEDIA:
1. Initial Contact
To start the conversation, simply fill out my contact form through my contact page, fill in the prompts, please select which option/s suits your inquiry best, and submit!
We'll touch base within 1-3 business days of your request.
2. Discussion
Upon response (depending on your communication preference selected in the contact form) we'll reach out to discuss and confirm the scope of your project, including your budget, expected deliverables & any other questions you have.
3. Briefing
Together, we'll create a detailed project brief outlining the hours of work required and the essential details that need to be considered/taken into account before we commence the job.
4. Scheduling, Planning & LockIng in Details:
We'll finalise the shooting dates, times, and locations. We'll also discuss turnover times and any specific requirements or preferences you have.
5. shooting day:
Following our brief and outlined goals for the project, ZBM MEDIA will walk you through every step of the process to ensure you're happy with all aspects of the services provided, and you have peace of mind knowing you're in good hands to do what you do best!
6. PRODUCTION:
Once the material is created and edited, we'll update you on the progression of the project and share it with you through the nominated cloud portal/platform for viewing access.
7. Feedback:
You'll have the opportunity to request any necessary revisions. After final approval, we'll assist with sharing and distributing the final products. We value your feedback and would appreciate a review on our overall service.
8. Account Finalisation:
Once the project is complete, we'll arrange an account and work with you to ensure all payments are settled within an allocated timeframe. We'll discuss our next steps accordingly if you so require additional services/products.
